What You'll Do
As a Distribution Center Associate, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation running smoothly by supporting both warehouse and customer-facing activities.
Warehouse & Distribution
Receive, stage, and prepare garage doors, hardware, and materials for shipment
Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory audits
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
Support continuous improvements in warehouse operations
Customer Service & Order Processing
Enter and process customer orders accurately
Process warranty claims from start to finish
Generate invoices and maintain accurate order documentation
Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
Verify order accuracy before pickup or delivery
Communicate order status and resolve customer concerns
Work closely with Sales and Customer Care to provide outstanding service
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and inventory
Support operational reporting and performance metrics
Assist with front office and visitor coordination
Provide cross-functional support throughout the distribution center
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or similar environment
Customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification
Experience with inventory, ERP, or order processing software
Manufacturing or distribution customer service experience
Microsoft Office or spreadsheet experience
