Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

We are a leading Garage Door Manufacturing company based in Arizona, specializing in providing high-quality garage doors and openers for residential homebuilders. Our commitment to excellence and quality craftsmanship is reflected in every product we create. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garage Door Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will primarily work with homebuilders, installing garage doors and openers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in garage door installation, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills to track and maintain paperwork efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Garage Door Installation: Execute the installation of garage doors and openers according to company standards and specifications.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Track and maintain all relevant paperwork, including job orders, installation records, and client communications. Ensure timely submission of paperwork to meet company requirements.
- Quality Control: Uphold high-quality standards in every installation, ensuring that the finished product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with homebuilders, project managers, and other team members to coordinate installations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Physical Requirements: Lift and handle objects weighing 50-75lbs above your head, as garage doors and equipment can be substantial. Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a strong attendance record, adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous Garage Door Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in garage door installation.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift objects weighing 50-75lbs above their head and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong Attendance Record: Consistent punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Quality Standards: Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every installation.
- Exceptional Work Ethic: Demonstrated dedication to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
