What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you’ll be a key part of our manufacturing team—helping produce high-quality garage doors that our customers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Production: Work on the production line assembling garage doors using tools, materials, and step-by-step processes
- Material Handling: Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Quality Checks: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards—your attention to detail matters
- Inventory Support: Help keep materials organized, stocked, and ready for production
- Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE to maintain a safe work environment
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your crew and supervisors to hit daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience—we’ll train you. What matters most is your work ethic and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold conditions may vary)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (consistent, full-time hours)
